I handle civil litigation in both State and Federal Courts.  Civil litigation involves a party seeking monetary damages, specific performance or sanctions due to another party’s action or conduct.  Civil litigation is handled in either State Court or, based upon certain jurisdictional amount and the residence of the defendants, in Federal Court.  Common types of civil litigation handled by my office include personal injury from automobile and trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, construction accidents, and nursing home abuse/negligence.
